Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Rosen Plevneliev upon his election as president of Bulgaria.

The message wished the president success in his work for the development and prosperity of the country, expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Bulgaria would develop in the interests of the two peoples.
