Pyongyang, November 2 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il's answers to questions put by ITAR-TASS of Russia are creating a big stir in the world political and public circles, said Cuautemoc Amezcua Dromundo, chairman of the C.C., Socialist Popular Party of Mexico, in a statement on Oct. 23.

Kim Jong Il in his answers made clear the prospect of development of the DPRK-Russia relations, the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula, the resumption of the six-party talks and the DPRK's relations with the U.S. and Japan, the statement said, and went on:

As he clarified, any hostility or aggression and disintegration moves by the U.S. can never work on the Korean people, but will always end in failure.

The U.S. should drop its hostile policy towards the DPRK. Japan which committed never-to-be-condoned crimes against the Korean people in the past, too, should settle its inglorious past and quit the hostile policy towards the DPRK.
