Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- China and Laos on Oct. 31 signed an agreement to jointly build another cross-border nature reserve in order to better protect the endangered Asian elephant.

Vietnam and Kazakhstan agreed to expand cooperative relations in the fields of trade and investment on the same day.
