Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Thursday sent a message of greeting to Nicholas Liverpool, president of the Commonwealth of Dominica, on the 33rd anniversary of its independence.
