Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- A deputy spokesman for the Democratic Labor Party of south Korea in a commentary Tuesday demanded stern punishment of the GI criminals in south Korea.

That day the court authorities reduced the prison terms imposed on a GI criminal who committed sexual assault on a teenage girl student in Tongduchon, Kyonggi Province, the commentary charged, saying:

This is an unreasonable judgment in disregard of the people's sentiment against the U.S.

Criminals should be sternly punished and the biased SOFA with the U.S. totally revised to eradicate the crimes by the U.S. forces present in south Korea.
