Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Il, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Thursday had a talk with Maclean Igonikon Omuso, new Nigerian ambassador to the DPRK, who paid a courtesy call on him.
