Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- Cotton plucking is in full swing in co-op cotton farms throughout the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

The Yangdong Co-op Cotton Farm in Unpha County and Songjuk Co-op Cotton Farm in Yonthan County, North Hwanghae Province, have a good crop of cotton though weather conditions were not favorable for cotton growing this year.

Cotton farms in Nampho City are bringing cotton processing in step with harvest.

Those in North and South Phyongan, Kangwon and South Hamgyong provinces have stored the harvested cotton in dry warehouses.
