Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- Ex-Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama on October 27 urged the present chief executive not to blindly follow the United States in negotiations.

Japan should not cater to the U.S. demand in negotiations for conclusion of a Pacific basin economic solidarity agreement, Hatoyama said.
