Chinese TV Introduces DPRK

Pyongyang, November 7 (KCNA) -- Phoenix Satellite TV Holdings LTD of Hong Kong, China Tuesday aired a program introducing the DPRK. It said: In Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, there is Mangyongdae with beautiful scenery and clear air. This is the place where President Kim Il Sung was born and spent his childhood. His old home in Mangyongdae is still preserved to its original state. Many people visit it. Mangyongdae serves as a center of ideological education praising and recollecting the leader. The Korean people are replete with the resolve to remain true to the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il with great national pride and self-confidence, the TV said, adding the picture of them looking up to the President and Kim Jong Il can be seen everywhere in the DPRK. It also introduced in detail the Korean April 26 Children's Film Studio. |
