Flood Damage in Thailand, Italy

Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- Flood damage in Thailand is expanding.

The government said the flood left 442 dead and more than 3 million took refuge or suffered from it as of November 4.

The northern part of the capital city was under water and citizens were ordered to evacuate.

In inland zones hundreds of factories were submerged.

Heavy rain hit the northern part of Italy recently, causing flood damage.

The flood left 6 people dead, several others missing and 2 others injured as of Nov. 4.

Hundreds of dwelling houses and shops were under water, schools closed, bridges collapsed, road blocked, traffic paralyzed and train services suspended.
