Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- Radioactive substances are being detected in Japan as the consequences of the accident at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant.

Radioactive cesium of high concentration, over 15 times that of the standard level, was detected in the waste water discharged from a company in Chiba Prefecture, according to Tokyo Shimbun on Nov. 2.
