Beijing, November 7 (KCNA) -- The secretary of the Central Commission of Politics and Law of China called for improving the social management and making innovations in this field.

During his recent inspection tour of Shaanxi Province, Zhou Yongkang said the work aims to help broad masses residing in towns and rural communities lead a happy and comfortable life.

To this end, he said, it is necessary to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 6th Plenum of the 17th C.C., the Communist Party of China and carry out decisions related to it.

In particular, to properly educate and protect juveniles is one of the important matters in improving the social management in an innovative way, he added.
