Moscow, November 7 (KCNA) -- The Russian President underscored the need to introduce a health recovery system in the country.

In a meeting with medical workers some days ago, Dmitri Medvedev said that with no health recovery system in the country, the efforts and funds channeled to medical service have become ineffective.

Along with the development of medical diagnosis and high-tech medical service, it is necessary to establish a modern health recovery system, he said.
