Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Party Central Military Commission today gave a grand reception for the labor innovators, scientists and technicians from the Ryonha General Machinery Plant who contributed to CNC industrialization.

Present there were Kim Yong Nam, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Choe Yong Rim, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK and premier of the Cabinet, Ri Yong Ho, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK and chief of the General Staff of the Korean People's Army, Kim Ki Nam and Choe Thae Bok, members of the Political Bureau and secretaries of the C.C., the WPK, and other members of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK, members of the Party Central Committee and the Party Central Military Commission and leading officials of the National Defence Commission and armed forces organs.

Present there on invitation were those labor innovators, scientists and technicians.

Choe Thae Bok in his speech said that the history of CNC industrialization of the DPRK is the revolutionary history of the Party. The country's economy has been put on a high level of Juche-orientation, modernization and scientification thanks to the devoted efforts made by him for more than ten years since he made the forced march despite snowstorm, the speaker noted.

Kim Jong Il, however, gave highest estimation and greatest honor to the developers of Ryonha machines for having performed great feats without being known to others while covering the untrodden path, true to his plan, the speaker stressed.

He called upon the developers of Ryonha machines to continue glorifying the honor of the pioneers in the advance for industrial revolution in the new century.

A music and dance performance was given by the Wangjaesan Art Troupe at the reception.
