Pyongyang, November 9 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il is a very simple and modest person, said Vishwanath, director-general of the International Institute of the Juche idea, at the ceremony for releasing book "Kim Jong Il Encyclopedia" in New Delhi on Nov. 2.

He is the peerless thinker-theoretician, philosopher, statesman, state leader and supreme leader unknown ever in the human history, the director-general said, adding:

Every village, factory, school, and military post in the DPRK are associated with his benevolent and paternal love and noble leadership feats.

He intends to build a socialist thriving country in Korea without fail by successfully carrying forward the cause of President Kim Il Sung.

He has reliably defended the sovereignty of the country and the destiny of the nation from the every machination by the imperialist aggression forces seeking to overthrow socialist Korea, a just and genuine people's country.

It is thanks to his original Songun politics that the DPRK, not a big country, could turn into the most powerful country in the world challenging the U.S. which styles itself the "only superpower".

Concluding his speech, Vishwanath shouted "Long live the great leader General Kim Jong Il!"
