Beijing, November 9 (KCNA) -- The Xinhua News Agency of China recently denounced the U.S. unjust behavior over the issue of the exchange rate of RMB.

RMB is not responsible for imbalance in the international trade, China-U.S. trade, in particular, Xinhua said, and went on:

One of the main causes of imbalance is not RMB but the U.S. Administration's restrictions on hi-tech export to China. It would not be wise for the U.S. to waste precious time away by putting pressure on China over monetary policy.

U.S. Congress would be well advised not to deal with bill aimed at China and RMB but pay attention to practical domestic matters.
