Moscow, November 9 (KCNA) -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Nov. 7 clarified the stand opposing the military attack on Iran.

The Israeli authorities recently declared that they may mount military attack on Iran. In this regard he warned that the military attack will be a big mistake and bring about unexpected result.

Iran's nuclear issue must be settled peacefully on the basis of the UN Charter, he noted.
