Beijing, November 9 (KCNA) -- Chinese Vice-Premier Zhang Dejiang underscored the need to strengthen talent exchange and cooperation with other countries.

Speaking at the 2011 International Talent Exchange Meeting and Shenzhen Forum opened recently in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, he said the exchange and cooperation should be renewed to jointly promote the prosperity and development of the world and create a more beautiful future of humankind.
