Pyongyang, November 10 (KCNA) -- The Chinese and Russian heads of government, in a meeting held in St. Peterburg Monday, reaffirmed their countries' stands to develop bilateral relations.

Wen Jiabao said China's will to develop relations with Russia is steadfast.

China is convinced that the bilateral relations will develop in a long-term, stable and sustainable way, he added.

Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin said Russia would implement in an all-round way the common understandings already reached with China and promote a steady development of the bilateral relations.
