Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) -- The 58th anniversary of the independence was marked in Cambodia on Nov. 9.

An event took place in Phnom Penh that day.

Present there was Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni together with about 20 000 working people.

Norodom Sihamoni laid a wreath before the Independence Monument and lit the victory torch inside the monument.

Colorful events were held in several local cities.
