Tehran, November 10 (KCNA) -- Iran's Foreign Minister, Ali-Akbar Salehi, in an interview with a news agency on Monday advised the world people to be careful of the lies of U.S. rulers.

Salehi said American officials have resorted to political and media fabrications to divert public opinion in the U.S. from its critical economic conditions.

Touching on recent U.S. allegations that the Islamic Republic of Iran had been involved in false and suspicious plot of assassination of the Saudi Arabian ambassador to the U.S., Salehi said such fabrications are in line with U.S. 30-year-old plots against independence and dignity of Islamic Iran in the region.
