Pyongyang, November 12 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il gave his handwriting to a letter dated October 24 from officials, labor innovators, scientists and technicians of South Hamgyong Province who went back home after their tour of Pyongyang.

In the letter to the leader they stressed that the great devotion and benevolent love shown by Kim Jong Il served as a fundamental source of the creation of fresh miracles and feats, the torch of South Hamgyong Province.

They expressed the resolve to become a seed of fanning up the flames of South Hamgyong Province in the ongoing final charge for opening the gate to prosperity.

We will keep the vinalon production going at a high rate, mass-produce various kinds of quality chemical goods from vinalon intermediate products and complete the second-phase Hungnam gasification process construction at the highest level at an early date to creditably perfect the Juche-orientation of fertilizer production, the letter said.
