Pyongyang, November 13 (KCNA) -- Summit of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation was held in Maldives' southernmost atoll of Addu on Nov. 10 and 11.

Heads of state and government of the member nations attended.

The summit discussed issues on boosting cooperation among regional countries in combating terrorism, preventing environmental pollution and promoting trade and education.

The Addu Declaration was adopted at the summit.
