Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- The Latin American Institute of the Juche Idea carried in the 2nd issue of its bulletin the gist of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's celebrated work "The Songun-based Revolutionary Line Is a Great Revolutionary Line of Our Era and an Ever-Victorious Banner of Our Revolution".

The work, published on January 29, Juche 92 (2003), clarifies the idea that the Songun revolutionary line and the Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea are a powerful political mode in the present times which carried forward and developed the idea and the line of President Kim Il Sung on attaching importance to the arms, and a scientific revolutionary line and political mode which most correctly reflected the requirements of the times and the revolution.

It also deals with the validity, advantages and great vitality of the Songun politics.
