Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Monday sent a message of greeting to Mahmoud Abbas, chief of the Palestinian National Authority who is president of the State of Palestine and chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, on the 23rd anniversary of the proclamation of the State of Palestine.

Kim in the message wished the president fresh success in his future work, expressing belief that the Palestinian people would surely emerge victorious in their just cause to found an independent state with Kuds as capital and retake their legitimate national rights.
