Tehran, November 14 (KCNA) -- Iran's Majlis (parliament) Speaker Ali Larijani said Thursday that Iran will never change its path in the face of western pressures.

The U.S. and other Western countries are blaring that they would apply additional sanctions on Iran after the International Atomic Energy Agency published a false report on Iran's nuclear program. In this regard the speaker said Iran will never abandon its nuclear program for peaceful purpose.

Military threat or sanctions will never make the Iranians surrender, he noted, adding the army and people of Iran will resist any pressure.
