Beijing, November 14 (KCNA) -- Liaoning Province, China is directing big efforts to the irrigation.

It set a goal to increase irrigated areas to 971,000 mu and farmlands to which water-saving technology is introduced to 444,000 mu for three years to come. It is pushing forward the work to carry out the goal.
