Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- The delegation of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League headed by Kil Chol Hyok, secretary of its Central Committee, came back home by air on Tuesday after attending the 18th Congress of the World Federation of Democratic Youth in Portugal.
