The work, published at the national meeting of mothers on Nov. 16, Juche 50(1961), comprehensively clarifies the tasks and ways to educate and bring up children in a revolutionary manner by enhancing the mothers' responsibilities as well as the importance of the work of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea (DWUK).

A meeting to mark the work took place at the Women's Hall on Tuesday.

The portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung has been shining more brightly thanks to General Secretary Kim Jong Il, she stressed, adding:

He showed great loving care and benevolence for them.
