Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- President of Namibia Hifikepunye Pohamba hoped for the development of good friendly and cooperative relations with the DPRK in several fields. He said this when receiving the credentials from DPRK Ambassador to Namibia Jo Yong Man on Nov. 9.

The president said the bilateral relations were provided by President Kim Il Sung during the period of the struggle for independence of Namibia.

He expressed thanks to General Secretary Kim Jong Il for paying deep attention to the development of the bilateral relations.
