Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- It is the U.S. military strategy toward the DPRK to stifle it through preemptive nuclear attack.

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says this in a by-lined commentary, disclosing the U.S. attempt at the nuclear attack.

It goes on:

The U.S. worked out a document with the south Korean puppet forces, which stipulates the use of nuclear weapons against the DPRK in case of "contingency" after listing the DPRK as the target of its preemptive nuclear attack.

Joint military exercises are frequent in south Korea every year, pursuant to the nuclear war scenario.

The U.S. staged joint military exercises with Japan around the Korean Peninsula by mobilizing huge forces under the pretense of coping with the "nuclear threat" from someone. Clear is their target.

The development shows that the U.S. ambition for nuclear attack has entered a reckless phase.

Its attempt to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK is an anachronistic daydream.

It had better give up its design. This is the way for it to get rid of destruction.

Minju Joson in a by-lined commentary says that the U.S. and south Korean warmongers worked out a "strategy for extended nuclear deterrence" which allows the use of ultra-modern war hardware including nuclear umbrella and MD system, a strategy to provoke a nuclear war against the DPRK under the signboard of "deterrent."
