Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- Sri Lanka's President Mahinda Rajapaksa mentioned about the region's development in his recent speech at the summit of the SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation).

Noting that money can not be almighty in the region's development, he said the human being was a main source of development and trust in the human being is the most powerful force in the regional development.

He stressed the need for the regional countries to improve education and find a solution to the youth issue.
