Beijing, November 15 (KCNA) -- Chinese Vice-premier Li Keqiang called for carrying out the 12th Five-year plan in an all-round way.

Speaking at the Development Research Centre of the State Council, Li said the centre should intensify researches in important issues and policies to promote the comprehensive implementation of the plan.

By doing so, it should help ensure a long-term, stable and relatively rapid development of the economy, the vice-premier added.
