Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Chun, vice-chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and minister of the People's Armed Forces, on Wednesday met and had a friendly talk with the high-ranking military delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army which paid a courtesy call on him. The delegation is led by Li Jinai, member of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China and director of the General Political Department of the CPLA.
