Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- A total of 562 people were confirmed dead and two people were missing as of Nov. 15 in the floods that have inundated the upper part of Thailand for almost three months. A total of the victims were about 13.2 million persons.

Relief work is being done in the afflicted areas.
