Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea led by Hyon Sang Ju, chairman of its Central Committee, left here on Saturday to visit Syria.

Also leaving to visit China were a delegation of the National Peace Committee of Korea led by Vice-Chairman Kim Jin Bom and a delegation of the DPRK State Academy of Sciences led by Vice-President Ri Song Uk.

On the same day a Chinese delegation of Jilin Yuwen High School headed by Secretary of the School Party Committee Wang Chunguang arrived here.
