Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- Britain saw its unemployment rate rise further to 8.3 percent from July to September, the highest since 1996.

There were 2.62 million unemployed people aged 16 and above, up 129 000 in the three month ending in September, the central statistics bureau said recently.
