Pyongyang, November 20 (KCNA) -- Peru wants to strengthen its ties with key partners such as the BRIC countries Brazil, Russia, India and China, Foreign Trade and Tourism Minister Jose Luis Silva said Wednesday.

Silva said the only way to avoid negative impacts of the world financial crisis on Peru is to boost trade and financial relations in the region, as well as with other emerging economies.
