Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- Japan staged the largest-ever military drill for transferring troops of the "Self-Defence Forces" in Hokkaido to Kyushu recently. What merits attention is that large civilian transport means were involved in the drill.

Rodong Sinmun Monday observes in a by-lined commentary in this regard:

The drill of the SDF was actual maneuvers for hurling civilian transport means and people into a war of genocide under a war system.

It was the purpose of the recent military drill to promptly transport tanks and other military hardware of the SDF to operational theatres by civilian transport means in case a war breaks out in Korea in a bid to realize its ambition for staging a comeback to it.

What should not be overlooked is that such drill is timed to coincide with Japan-U.S. joint military exercises.

The Japanese reactionaries staged a drill simulating anti-submarine, anti-air and anti-ship battles in Okinawa, led by a flotilla of the U.S. carrier "George Washington" and with Maritime SDF's escort craft "Hyuga" involved.

This goes to prove that the Japanese reactionaries had already worked out a scenario for a war against the DPRK and are getting frantic with war maneuvers for holding supremacy in air and naval battles in collusion with the U.S. imperialists.

The above-said facts indicate that the Japanese reactionaries have become undisguised in their moves to stage a comeback to Korea and reached a serious phase.
