New Delhi, November 21 (KCNA) -- With the IAEA weighing options to deal with Iran's nuclear programme, India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Friday said the issue should be dealt with diplomatically.

India had reiterated several times that Iran had the right to peaceful use of nuclear energy as per international norms, he said.
