Beijing, November 22 (KCNA) -- Zhang Lijun, vice-minister of Environmental Protection of China, recently expressed the government's stand to contribute to international environmental protection.

He said the Chinese government gives priority to environmental protection and takes it as national strategy to achieve a sustainable development in the work.

China is ready to promote the work for international environmental protection in cooperation with other countries, he added.
