Pyongyang, November 24 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet warmongers staged military exercises for preemptive attack on the DPRK on Paekryong and other islands in the West Sea of Korea on Nov. 23, according to MBC of south Korea.

In the exercises based on the simulated conditions similar to the Yonphyong Island shelling incident, they got hell-bent on the drill of mounting preemptive strike at the DPRK with huge armed forces of different services, including artillery pieces and fighter-planes, under the new war scenario while clamoring about somebody's "provocation".

They are now going reckless to make an excuse for the start of aggression, far from drawing a lesson from the bitter defeat they suffered after daringly making a clumsy fire on the inviolable waters of the DPRK.

This clearly shows who is the very one seeking military tension and confrontation.
