Pyongyang, November 24 (KCNA) -- The Preparatory Committee of the United Confederation of Koreans in Kazakhstan for Commemorating the Centenary of Birth of President Kim Il Sung and Celebrating the birthday of leader Kim Jong Il, February 16, 2012 was inaugurated with due ceremony on November 15.

The ceremony elected Kang Sun Ho, chairman of the United Confederation, chairman of the preparatory committee.

The preparatory committee decided to hold colorful events including commemorations and remembrance meetings, seminar on the exploits, photo exhibition and film show to commemorate the Day of the Sun and the February holiday.
