Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Federation of Koreans in the U.S. released a statement on November 22 assailing the south Korean puppet group for railroading the humiliating "motion calling for ratification of Free Trade Agreement" through the "National Assembly" that day.

The statement said the passage of the motion by the "Grand National Party" amounts to self-destruction.

South Korea would fall prey to American capital to suffer huge damage with the U.S. economic aggression being ramped up, it added.

The recent passage brought to light the true colors of the south Korean "government" and the GNP as groups of die-hard pro-American elements, it said.

It stressed the need for the Koreans in the U.S. to rise up in protest against the conclusion of the U.S.-south Korea FTA.

It warned that only severe judgment awaits traitors who betrayed the people.
