Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Friday sent a message of greeting to Desire Delano Bouterse, president of Suriname, on the 36th anniversary of its independence.
