Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- Bolivia recently instituted a new law on ensuring food security.

Bolivian President Evo Morales recalled that the productive regulation establishes the creation of an Economic Council involving social organizations and cited the construction of solar tents, an Army experience, which contribute to having food available during any season of the year.
