Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- Actions continued in south Korea on Nov. 25 to condemn the "Grand National Party" for having railroaded the "motion for ratification of U.S.-south Korea Free Trade Agreement".

Thousands of people, including members of the Headquarters of the All-People Movement for Checking the Conclusion of the south Korea-U.S. FTA, personages of labor circle, citizens and members of opposition parties, held a candlelight rally outside the Seoul City Office to protest the GNP's sycophantic and treacherous deed.

The ralliers declared the motion totally null and void, contending that it is only for the U.S. and the one-percent privileged circle parasitic on it, regardless of the population's vital rights.

The opposition Democratic Party formed an "action committee for nullifying the south Korea-U.S. FTA".

At its inaugural ceremony, lawmakers from this party charged that the police have used even water cannons to crack down on the protesters demanding the nullification of the motion.

They declared that they would join in the people's protest against the conclusion of FTA every day.
