Rodong Sinmun Blasts US Hostile Policy toward DPRK

Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- The U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK is bound to misfire as was proven by the history of the U.S.-DPRK hostile relations.

Rodong Sinmun Monday says in a bylined article in this regard:

It is because the DPRK is the biggest, dignified and invincible power which can neither be pulled down nor broken apart.

The Korean people could frustrate every desperate move of the U.S. aimed to stifle the DPRK as they have Kim Jong Il in the van of the revolution.

His Songun revolutionary leadership, the Songun politics serve as the source of tremendous power, treasured sword and decisive guarantee for victory.

The army and the people of the DPRK are united close around the party and the leader, firmly determined to devotedly defend their country and socialist system and honorably safeguard the dignity and sovereignty of the country and the nation. This single-minded unity has become the main factor for resolutely frustrating any enemy moves and helped cement the DPRK's might to the maximum.

Strongest of all its might is the political and ideological might of the Korean People's Army.

The might of the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK are clearly proven in their military and technological aspect. They have diverse war tactics and strategies capable of fighting any battles and aggression wars and their soldiers are physically well prepared. They also have offensive and defensive means including the deterrent for self-defense capable of mounting merciless strikes. This is the military and technological characteristics of the KPA.

Under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Il the Juche-based national defence industry has been bolstered, equipping the KPA with modern military hardware for making annihilating attacks on enemies and helping it lay a solid material and technological foundation for fighting modern and protracted wars.

If anyone dares provoke the DPRK, the KPA will obliterate the aggressors wherever they might be.

The U.S. would be well advised to understand its rival and drop the anachronistic hostile policy toward the DPRK. To do so is the right step and would be beneficial for the U.S.
