Pyongyang, November 29 (KCNA) -- The Chinese permanent representative to the United Nations called for strengthening multilateral cooperation to cope with threats to the world security.

Speaking at a recent meeting of the UN Security Council, Li Baodong said the world is still harassed by such problems threatening security as war, armed conflict, territorial dispute, terrorism and organized crime.

To cope with such threats, the international community should expand multilateral cooperation and take a collective action, Li added.
