Pyongyang, November 30 (KCNA) -- The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea released a joint statement on November 25 in support of the report of the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army.

The KPA Supreme Command in the report gave a warning to the south Korean military forces staging grave military provocation campaign, the statement noted, saying:

Recently the provokers threatened to take "perfect readiness for counteraction" to KPA's military action for defending the territory of the DPRK, far from drawing a lesson from last year's Yonphyong Island shelling.

The Yonphyong Island shelling last year was a legitimate self-defensive measure of the KPA.

If the south Korean warmongers dare impair the dignity of the DPRK and fire one bullet or shell toward its inviolable territorial waters, sky and land, the deluge of fire on Yonphyong Island will lead to that in Chongwadae for sweeping away the stronghold of the group of traitors following the U.S. imperialists.

The DPRK revolutionary armed forces are in full readiness to go into a decisive battle to counter any military provocation.

The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea fully support the self-defensive measures taken by the DPRK.
